Meet The Team
Dr Donal “Dan” Delaney
MB, BCh, BSc, AFOM, MICGP
Dr Dan is a native of Ballyhaunis and worked in senior management roles all over the world before returning to study medicine and begin
practice in Ballyhaunis. When not in the surgery and spending time with his young family he has a keen interest in Yoga and Mountain Biking.
Ursula O'Grady
Practice Nurse
Ursula is a native of Ballyhaunis and a vastly experienced nurse practitioner having started out in hospital working as a Midwife and later moving
to General Practice where she has worked for the last 15 years. When not working in Annagh Medical Centre she has a keen interest in
health and fitness. With her years of experience, she is happy to see you in
relation to the following but not exhaustive of Women health, Sexual Health, Cervical Smears, Emergency Contraception, Management of
Asthma & Diabetes and Health promotion/lifestyle advice.
Denise Kavanagh
Receptionist / Medical Secretary
Denise has worked in the medical arena for more than 15 years and has vast knowledge of general practice and relevant schemes where she is
happy to help with any of your queries. When not working in Annagh Medical Centre she is her grandsons’ number one babysitter and anytime
left over she devotes to sports and interior design
Mary Jo
Legal / General Practice
Mary Jo has many valuable years’ experience in the legal field and more recently general practice and has been an enormous addition to Annagh Medical Centre in marrying her legal knowledge with general practice. She is a proud Roscommon woman and heavily involved in her local area. When not working in Annagh Medical Centre she is a keen gardener.
