Make an Appointment

BOOKING FOR ROUTINE AND NON-URGENT

Patients can now book their routine GP appointments either through our new online 24/7 Chatbot booking system OR through the MyClinic365 Patient App (link below). 

We can offer patients telephone and face to face appointments with our Doctor and Nurse. To make an appointment using the Chatbot, please click on the minimised version at the bottom right of your screen. This will maximise the view of the Chatbot and allow you to make an appointment through interacting with the Chatbot.

To login to your Patient App from MyClinic365, please click the button below.

Note: The first time you use the app you will need to register.

 

For all urgent matters, please call the Practice on 094 9632232

For emergency out of hours appointments, please contact WestDoc on 1850 365 000

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can either use the MyClinic365 Chatbot to do this or contact the Practice on 094 9632232 to speak to a member of staff who will help you with this process.
